Can I change an order after it's placed?

At Blush Lotus, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure your items arrive promptly. Because of this, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

We may be able to cancel an order if the label has not yet been printed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. A $5 flat fee will apply to all cancellations to cover processing and administrative costs.

Once the label has been printed, we are unable to cancel the order, and you will need to follow our return process after receiving the package.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can you add it to the order?

Be sure your order is correct before checking out as we are unable to add discount codes or refund the difference after purchase.


How do I add your products to my baby registry?

All products can be added to baby registries via Babylist.


Is there a fee for cancellations?

Yes, a $5 flat fee applies to all cancellations. This helps cover processing and administrative costs. For more details, please refer to the section above: "Can I change an order after it's placed?"


How often do you launch new prints?

New prints drop every Tuesday morning at 8am (PST).


My package was lost in transit, my address was wrong, can you help me?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned and in the possession of USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of Blush Lotus. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office for assistance. By purchasing from Blush Lotus, you agree that we are not liable for your package after it has been scanned by USPS and marked as delivered.


My package was returned to sender, can you help?

Blush Lotus is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipment fee.

If the package is not returned to us and is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, the customer will need to place a new order.

For returned packages, customers will be issued a Blush Lotus gift card for the amount paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase (excluding shipping costs). This means the gift card value will reflect any discounts or promotions applied to the original order. The gift card can then be used to repurchase the items.


What shipping options are available in the United States?

We ship all packages via USPS:

  • Economy: Free on purchases over $75.00, $5.00 on all purchases under $75.00. Insurance is included up to $100.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

At Blush Lotus, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully inspected by a third-party inspection company before being packaged and shipped. However, we understand that imperfections can occasionally slip through.

Please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damage, contact us within five days of delivery by emailing your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will provide a prepaid return label, and a refund will be processed to your original form of payment once we receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags attached. Due to the delicate nature of bamboo fabric, once the item has been worn, we are unable to process a return or offer any resolution. If more than five days have passed or the item has been washed, we are unable to issue a refund.

If you’d like to keep the imperfect item, we’re happy to explore an alternative solution to ensure your satisfaction.

How should I care for my bamboo products?

Bamboo viscose is an incredibly soft yet delicate fabric that requires special care to maintain its quality. Follow these guidelines to keep your products looking and feeling their best:

  • Machine wash: Turn items inside out and wash on cold with like colors.
  • Avoid soaking: Do not let your items sit wet or soak for extended periods, as this can lead to ink bleeds or mold growth. Transfer to the dryer promptly.
  • Tumble dry low: Use a low-heat setting to protect the fibers.
  • Avoid harsh items: Do not wash with rough fabrics or items that could snag the bamboo material.
  • No bleach: Avoid using bleach to maintain the integrity and color of your items.

Extra Tip:

Consider using a color catcher in the wash to help prevent ink from bleeding onto other fabrics. While not required, it can provide added peace of mind, especially for vibrant or darker prints.
