Can I change an order after it's placed? 

Unfortunately we are unable to change orders once they're placed. We are however able to cancel an order if it has not yet been packaged. If you opt to cancel an order, any processing fees charged will not be refunded. Processing fees are typically 2.9% + .30 per transaction. Sezzle and Shop Pay will have higher transaction fees. 

I forgot to use my discount code, can you add it to the order? 

Be sure your order is correct before checking out as we are unable to add discount codes or refund the difference after purchase. 

How do I add your products to my baby registry? 

All products can be added to baby registries via Babylist.

How often do you do launch new prints? 

New prints drop every Tuesday morning. 

My package was lost in transit, my address was wrong, can you help me? 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping issues that may occur. By purchasing from Blush Lotus, you agree that we are not responsible for your package once it has been scanned and is in the possession of USPS. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If your package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

What shipping options are available in the United States? 

We ship all packages via USPS 

Economy (first class): Free on purchases over $75.00, $5.00 on all purchases under $75.00. First class shipping does not include insurance. 

Standard (priority): $10.00 on all purchases and includes insurance incase your product is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

What happens if I receive a damaged product? 

We try our best to inspect each and every product before they're shipped but sometimes imperfections sneak past us. Please inspect your product upon arrival, if your product is damaged please email us with your order number and photos within five days. We will send you a prepaid return label and a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Product(s) must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached to be viable for a return. If five days have passed or you've washed the product we are no longer able to refund you. If you're wanting to keep the imperfect item(s) we will offer you another solution.
